Hey Peeps! When I began my journey, I shared that this would be a blog about real life. Well, it is about to be the realest....I have been battling weight loss since I was a young adult. I have won a few battles; however, I have not won the war...YET!!! I thought what better way to really win the battle of the bulge than to hold myself accountable....PUBLICLY with you all watching my progress once a month!!!! Crazy right!?!?!? I LOVE IT!!!
I am willing to expose this part of my life in order to help those that may need to be motivated to continue this fight. Promise me one thing though....You will do it for you!!! You're opinion on how healthy you are and look is the only one that matters!!
